Looking for flatshare or buddy up!

Hi, I’m Jon-Paul, I'm from the Caribbean and a recent Master’s graduate from UofG and currently working in Glasgow.

I’m looking for a flatmate to share a place with, ideally within a 30-minute walk to the city centre or West End, or near a train station. Open to those areas, and Southside as well. My budget is around £650 pcm, including utilities and council tax.

I’m pretty laid-back, love going to the gym, walks in nature, drawing, sipping chai, cooking and eating healthy (and counter-productively, I like to bake as well). I enjoy socialising but also appreciate downtime, and I keep things tidy.
