Double room desired

Hi, I’m Thea, I’m looking for a room either in East (Hackney would be fabulous) or South East (Dulwich would, again, be fabulous) from October time-ish, but I’m flexible on dates

I am a 30 yr old creative professional with a flexible work schedule - while I can wfh all the time, I prefer not to, so I’m not usually at home 7 days a week.

I love all the usual suspects, music, wellness & self-care, yoga, nature, events/gigs/festivals, going out to eat with friends, cooking and having chilled fun with my housemates(s)!

I last shared with a friend in Clapton and loved it, we went separate ways as she moved in with her boyfriend and I’d really love to have a comfortable, friendly vibe with my next housemate(s).

Room-wise I do need a room with space, I have all my own furniture but would be happy to get rid of some bits depending on the home I was coming into. I’d love an outdoor space/balcony and/or en suite but it’s far from a dealbreaker.
