Looking for a buddy up or flatshare.

A little about me: I'm pretty social and love going out with friends or having them over for the occasional movie and dinner night, (flatmates are welcome to join,) but I'm not a party person. Generally I kick people out by 11 because I want to be in bed.

Currently I'm working in the city centre M-F, but I've just accepted a new job that will have me working from home more.

In my spare time I do a lot of aerial silks, and I'm usually at the studio 2 or 3 times per week after work. I also love going for walks and finding outdoor cats to pet, (allergies be damned!) reading in a park, seeing a play, or doing general touristy things around London.

I like having a clean common area, but I'm not obsessive about it. I'm fine with following a cleaning rota if that's what everyone wants, but I'm also okay with not having one and everyone just helping out when needed.

I'm looking for someone who is laid back, also a non smoker, and doesn't have house parties. Ideally, they would like to have chats and maybe a roommate dinner here and there, but I totally respect personal space and just hanging either in silence or in our rooms! I just want to live somewhere we all feel comfortable and at home. I absolutely love animals, and dogs roommates are more than welcome; I will probably ask to borrow the dog for walks and snuggles. Cats might be okay too, but some of them trigger my allergies really badly, so I'd definitely have to meet the cat before committing.
