Looking to rent a double room

Self-employed Sports Therapist based in Altrincham/ Didsbury, working 3-4 days/ week, looking to rent a double, furnished room in a clean, quiet household.

My diet is healthy, simple, I would say more like Mediterranean , with loads of fruits, vegetables, natural dressings and the occasional cooking/ baking.
I dislike living in houses with heavy regular cooking, strong smells, spices....

I have high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

I don't drink alcohol and don't smoke, very, very quiet, go to bed early, 6-8 pm. Sensitive to noise in particular loud devices, phones on loud speaker, TV, radio, etc.
Best suited in a house with 1 occupant only or with Landlord living/ working away, in which case you can count on me looking after your house and possibly your pet , ideally cats, as I have a day or two a week working long hours, including Sundays.
A written agreement and payment via BACS preferred.
