Looking to rent a double room

Clinical Sports Therapist, based in South Manchester,4 days/ week, looking to rent a: comfortable, double, furnished room in a clean, airy, quiet house, from 12th of May, 2026.

My diet is healthy, simple, with loads of fruits, vegetables, natural dressings and very little meat.
Occasionally, would have the odd pizza, takeaway, enjoyed toghter, peacefully , in front of TV.

I don't drink alcohol, nor do I smoke.

Party days long gone :-) and only 2-3 friends here in the UK. I withdraw to my room very early, 6-7 pm, as I like to fall nicely into relaxation before sleep( reading, studying).

I have high standards of cleanliness and hygiene ,I'm very quiet and respectful of others space, peace, working and resting times . I expect the same.

Best suited sharing with someone quiet and a healthy diet, makes life easier :-)

I enjoy reading, ( a lot) going to the gym, traveling, spending time with my family abroad, loooong walks in nature, baking.

Interested to hear other people's experiences from travelling the world/ challenges they overcome..

Open to adult like conversations, mid-ground, if something's not right... but if you're not that person I can stay quiet and ready to listen when you are. :-)

Currently learning to ride a bike, please don't laugh, so later might need a little space, outside the house to store my bike, if possible.

Happy to live with cats(love them) if you have any and will look after them when you're away.

Sensitive to noise in particular loud devices, phones on loud speaker, TV, radio, etc. on a regular basis, now and then it's fine.

A basic, 1 page written agreement and monthly payment via BACS is preferred, before moving in.
