Looking to rent a double room

Self-employed Sports Therapist based in Hale, Altrincham, working 3-4 days/ week, looking to rent a double, furnished room in a clean, quiet household.
I'm out and about quite a bit, working,
training, meeting with friends,
A written, basic Lodging Agreement for a minimum 6 months is preferred and payment via BACS.

My diet is healthy, simple, I would say more like Mediterranean , with loads of fruits, vegetables, natural dressings and the occasional cooking/ baking. I dislike living in houses with heavy regular cooking, strong smells, spices....

I have high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, references available.
I don't drink alcohol at all and don't smoke, very, very quiet, go to bed early, 6-8 pm.
