Looking to rent a double room

Self-employed Sports Therapist based in Altrincham, working 3-4 days/ week, looking to rent a comfortable, double, furnished room in a clean, quiet household.

My diet is healthy, simple, I would say more like Mediterranean , with loads of fruits, vegetables, natural dressings.
I dislike living in houses with heavy regular cooking and frying things, strong smells, spices....
I go to bed early, 6-8 pm and I'm sensitive to devices on high volume.
I see the house I'm living as a temple of peace and calm, a place to switch off from the noise and drama of the daily life :-)))
I have high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, enjoy reading, going to the gym, traveling, spending time with my family ,walking in nature.
References available.
I don't drink alcohol and don't smoke. Sensitive to noise in particular loud devices, phones on loud speaker, TV, radio, etc. on a regular basis.
Best suited in a house with 1 occupant only or with Landlord living/ working away.
A basic written agreement and monthly payment via BACS is preferred.
