Looking for a buddy to share a flat and rent

Hi, I’m Dan! I’m currently living in Ancoats but my flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for a new place ideally somewhere central or nearby, with bills included if possible. I’ve lived in Manchester for over a year now and absolutely love it.

A bit about me:
I’m 27, work as a designer in the sports industry (so if you’re into football or F1, we’ll definitely have something to chat about and I sometimes get the odd freebie!). I work in the office two days a week, and my workplace is close by, which is why staying in this area works really well for me.

Outside of work, I’m a really chilled and easy-going guy. I enjoy both nights in and nights out, love going to gigs, have a real passion for music, and I’m big on sports especially football. I’m tidy, respectful, and happy to contribute to cooking or help keep the place feeling like home.

I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, sociable, and up for grabbing a coffee or pint now and then, but I’m also equally good with people who like their own space.
