WFH 29y/o professional looking for house/room

I am a 29 year old woman, working for the NHS in a WFH capacity.

I have my own businesses (pet sitting and photography), and my hobbies are vast.

I practice yoga three times a week, I go to the gym and I love walks with people and on my own, and enjoy a good chat about interests over an even greater cup of coffee. I’m also somewhat competitive & love boardgames (I’m reigning champion at scrabble in my house - see photos…) and love to learn new things, such as languages - albeit it’s definitely not my strong point - new crafts (I can knit you a scarf or a bobble hat, but that’s as far as my needles can take me at present) and new games.

I’m very tidy and I am also very clean and am considerate of people’s space & needs.

I am asthmatic, so I cannot live with someone who smokes or vapes (meaning I too don’t smoke or vape).

Currently looking for a long term agreement whilst I continue to save up a deposit for my own home 🏡
