33 year old looking for a room or buddy-up

My name’s Clarissa, I’m a 33 year old Project Manager looking for a new place in Manchester ☺️

My current lease ends 31st August so I’m looking to move some time starting from 24th-30th August. I'd love to either join an existing, friendly household or buddy up with someone to hunt for a fresh place of our own.

I’m sociable, like to chill at home or head out for a few drinks and generally get out and about. I mostly work from the office in city centre during the weekdays but do work from home sometimes (usually Mondays & Fridays) & I tend to spend evenings/weekends doing a mix of yoga, gym and exploring. I’d prefer to live with someone who I get on with, can have a glass of wine with but I also have my own friends and interests so value my independence.

I’m a friendly and (like to think) considerate flatmate who’s clean and I always pick up after myself and clean as I go & it’s pretty important that who I live with has a similar outlook. I’ve lived in shared housing practically for the last 10 years so I know how to be respectful of other people’s stuff and peace.

I have references from past landlords and my work contract to show if needed.
