57 f, 19 m, cat

Hello!
My mother (57) and I (19) are looking for a double room in London. We also have a lovely cat. My mother works full-time from home and would need access to a router to plug into her laptop for her job. She would also need relative quietness and to not be heard loudly outside of the room for security reasons related to her job. I will be finishing my first year of uni in early May and am seeking full-time employment.

We can pay a maximum of 1,000 per month including bills. We cannot pay a hefty deposit.
