Hi! I’m Blake — looking for a calm, clean and kind home (late January move in date)🕊️

I’m an architectural / interior designer working full-time in London (two days WFH). I’m very tidy, respectful and quite low-key at home — work can be intense, so I really value a peaceful space to relax. I’m friendly, just not overly chatty every day after work, but always happy to have a warm conversation in the kitchen.

• Around Wandsworth Town or Clapham Junction
• Anywhere along the Mildmay line

• En-suite only — I’m not looking for a room with a private bathroom outside the bedroom.

• I love cats and dogs — totally happy if the home has pets
• after work & weekends I might meet friends or watch football (you’re welcome to join if you’re into it!)
• I enjoy pilates, exhibitions, quiet evenings, and a tidy shared space
