Professional looking for double room

I am looking for a double room for 6 months to a year.

I am a 27 year old working professional. I am a freelance Personal Trainer. I am an easygoing flatmate, I am sociable but respect people's time and space. I work throughout the day, in the early mornings, lunchtimes or evenings, coming home to rest/do admin work, and usually I am out at work or training with my basketball team.

I like a clean flat, but also a flat that feels like a home with that lived in vibe, instead of that commercial, soulless feel. I am looking for somewhere that isn't just strangers moving around each other, but actually interacting with each other, I'm not saying dinners together every night but some sense of togetherness would be nice.

Outdoor space would also be great, a space for a bbq or drinks outside would be lovely.
