Teacher looking for a room

Hi,
I am looking for a room for myself.

I teach high school, so I'm usually out a lot during the day and found bla key staring at the wall after for about an hour 🤣
Ideally, I'd be looking for a place that's either walkable distance to the city or with direct commute to NE5.

I enjoy outdoor activities in nature, talking about books and cooking/baking. I'm also an avid gym goer and a competitive boxer. I'd totally be up for some shared evening meals at weekend and a chat over a glass of wine/whiskey (or whatever you fancy). I'm in and out of the house a lot, mostly because I can't stand still xD Unless it's half term, cause then you'll find me napping most of the time or backpacking 😂💤

I'm looking for a tidy and friendly housemate(s) who are happy to socialise every now and then to make the place feel more homely.

If the property is pet friendly even better - I love pets! I've lived with both cats and dogs before, so I don't mind either. Happy to provide cuddles too!
