Flat or flat mates wanted starting September

Hi! I have lived in Edinburgh for just over a year now. Unfortunately my current flat mates were all students and now that they have graduated they're all moving away. Hence, I am back on the hunt for nice flat.

I am very social and love a good night out but am always down for a night in with movies, wine, or board games! I am very clean and easy going.

If you have an extra room in your flat or want to look for a place together, please feel free to reach out. Looking for a place ideally no more than £750 pcm. Furnished would be the most ideal. That said, I do come with a decently large TV (but that's about it unfortunately)

Definitely looking for somewhere near city centre and hopefully with more than 2 bedrooms
