Sharing in Rye

I am wishing to live in Rye and considering to rent either a large double room or perhaps to Buddy up with another peaceful, considerate and tidy flatmate for a flat share.
I am a quiet and house proud person who enjoys cosy but uncluttered.
If you love your home like I do and fancy it a retreat you are happy to languish in during the day, or return to at the end of it, then we already have something in common. Just perhaps we’re ideal flatmates.
The accommodation can either be sharing a flat or a house preferably each with our own bathroom, but if needs must then 1 bathroom between 2 of us will have to do.
And of greatest importance is that we be in Rye proper. I have lived in Rye previously, currently in Bath, and am returning to my spiritual home 💓
