Wanted nice clean room

Hi I’m 39 years old work full time but due to start new job and need to relocate from Runcorn to Manchester area I’m willing to consider almost any house share but must be clean and preferably not party house as I’m little old for that life I work home tea shower and bed with odd weekend out with friends wouldn’t even know I was there rent is not a problem however it’s a room I’m looking for not a mortgage so I don’t get all this rent guarantee if your that person/company don’t waste our time I’m a contact view agree price pay and move in…
