F29 Aussie looking for long term room!

I’m a 29yo Aussie who’s been in London for 3 years. I work in tech sales M-F and work from home 2-3 days/ week. Outside of work I enjoy kickboxing, going for walks/runs, watching movies and I’m also a big foodie! Looking for a double room in Zone 2 North or East - ideal spots are Finsbury Park/ Islington/ Highbury/ Angel/ Bethnal Green/ Whitechapel/ Mile End max budget £1000. Hoping to find a group who are happy to be social and I can become friends with but also respect personal space 😊 No pets (I’m allergic!) and wanting to move in sometime early-mid July, but I can be flexible
