Bubbly girl looking for a room!

Hi, I’m Kaia and I’m looking for a double room in a welcoming respectable home.

I currently am not working due to a physical injury from previous work - on the slow mend and hoping to get back out there later in the year, so looking for somewhere that accepts UC currently.
I like to spend my time out walking or in nature, and I love to cook and keep active. I am celiac so ideally looking for somewhere gluten free, or atleast somewhere that can be respective of this.
I am a creative bubbly person who is often up for a chat, a game (if you like chess that’s a plus), a walk, or solitude if you’d prefer. I am very respectful of others whether it’s noise, cleaning up after myself or anything else. I’m quite an empath so i always put myself in someone else’s shoes and treat people kindly.

Currently a lodger so can provide references if needed for previous housing.

I don’t have any pets, but would love to get a cat eventually if in a stable long term home (if not possible that’s fine) so if you have pets already, that’s a bonus!

I spend most of my weekends out the house catching up with family and friends. A bit of an extroverted introvert so not the type to party and bring people home - looking to live with slightly similar people, or atleast not loud party animals!😅

An en suite is preferred but not essential. I do have my own bed/draws/wardrobe so furnished isn’t required, however I can adjust to not bring it all with me if needed.

Not tied down to location; I drive so as long as I have somewhere to park my car I’m all good. Horsham area ideally!

(I do come with a couple large house plants, but they can all cram in with me if not welcome outside my room.. have included a pic of them all having a drink😂)
