Acting student at Guildhall

Hi there
My names Dan and I’m 27 (originally from Birmingham) I’m an actor in training at The Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

I have a guarantor, deposit money, months rent in hand and references from my current landlord in Hackney.

I’m looking to move into a friendly home as soon as possible as the place I’m living in at the moment is okay but I know it’s not a place I’d want to make a home. My current school hours are 9am until 6pm Mon-Fri, plus weekends for rehearsals when needed so I’d wouldn’t be spending allot of time at home. I’m not looking for a party house, I Just need a safe and clean space to recuperate in after school. I always play my part in maintaining the cleanliness of the house and I like working as a team to keep the moral of the house share strong so people can feel happy and respected. I love my own space and respect the privacy of others but I also like to catch up with house mates from time to time so it doesn’t feel awkward. It would be nice if we could have a laugh in the kitchen over a cup of tea or meal and get to know each other as friends.

My interests: Meditation and Yoga 🧘🏼‍♂️, I love cooking home made meals🧑🏼‍🍳🥘, heading to the BFI on Southbank with friends and enjoying some tasty food at markets
🍿🎬🌯, during my down time I head out to cafe’s and relax in parks to read a book or I’ll chill in my room to play music, play the PS5 or Switch, or watch TV ( I love Anime too :)☕️🏞️👾🎮🐉🇯🇵 I love singing and dancing, movement improvisation and of course big theatre and movie geek. Art is huge part of me and I’m a very sensitive and spiritual person. 🌌🔮I don’t drink or smoke often (only on the rare occasion I have a night out) and I don’t do drugs. I find Japanese culture really cool and I’d like to learn how to roller skate during the summer. I can play the Guitar and piano, casual player but I enjoy it 🎹🎶🎸

Weekends would be the best time for me to come a visit for a viewing, including Thursdays afternoons. I’m currently in London living in Hackney so it’s super easy for me to attend an in person viewing.
