Interested in co-buying a property

With one or 2 other people (sick of renting). Budget of around £30-60k each. A room for you, a room for me, and a room to let out to help with the bills. The property should be close to public transport as I don't drive. Also want it to be easy to get to Glasgow Airport, Buchanan Bus Station and Glasgow Central for the same reason. I work with people living with dementia/the elderly. I'm eco-minded. Clean, thoughtful and helpful. Don't smoke or do drugs. Very mild consumption of alcohol. Vegan, vegetarian and LGBT+ -friendly (although I'm none of those). I practice recycling and waste separation when organising rubbish, and am conscious of my energy use. Hygiene and cleanliness are my priorities. Backpacking and travelling is my hobby. I enjoy cooking from time to time.
