I'm very tidy and clean person, so I don't like clutter or any junk yard at the house.
I'm looking for a place not far from uni to get there easily.
Ideally the house could have a parking space, a dryer (mostly for my chef uniform) and bit of garden (I'm smoking ONLY outside the house).
We will get along together if we will respect our opinions and privacy.
