Short term let in Preston

Hi, I'm looking for a room in Preston. I need to be out of my current place by late January. I don't know how long I'm gonna stay in the area, hence why I'm looking to rent on a rolling basis. I do have a very chilled, non-destructive cat that I'd love to take with me but I'm willing to put her up with a friend if need be.
I'm quiet and very tidy. I love meeting new people and id like to have some degree of connection with my housemates rather than stay in our respective rooms. I currently work in retail. I would like to live with females but will also consider a mixed household.
