Masters Student looking for a room for University

I’m Kai, I lived in Dundee the past 3 years for university and my previous flat mate has decided he wants to commute so I am looking for a room for a year or people to share with. I’m easy going and studying architecture at DJCAD, i enjoy being social and going out but can live with someone who’s more private and chilled.

I don’t really have any deal breakers other than someone/people who are clean and tidy and will pull their weight with chores other than that no specifics.
