Hi there, I’m 35 and a professional who works in tech and looking for a flat or buddy up with 1 other female.

I am looking to live in a nice modern apartment in West London that is clean and quiet, ideally not too far from the station to walk.

I am looking to share with 1 other female who is kind, considerate about noise and clean.

I work from home 2 days a week and 3 days in the office.

My hobbies include gaming, movies, anime, music, cooking, gym, yoga, hiking, travelling, well being. I also speak Japanese and lived in Tokyo for 6 years before covid for anyone interested in Japanese culture.
I’m also very much into music and going out to gigs. However, I don’t drink much and enjoy peaceful week days so I would not be suited to a party house.

I’m a very light sleeper & value my peace so I’m looking for someone with a similar mindset who works hard & treats their home as their zen space to come back to after work! 🧘‍♀️✨

A double room (preferably en-suite and top floor flat) with good WiFi and parking space are a must! 🏡

I would like to find someone is on a similar time schedule to me who works full time. No students or those that are planning on bringing people over every week please. (I’ve had some terrible experiences in the past so I’m not looking to repeat that)!

I am a creative that tend to lean more on the introverted side and tend to do my own thing but would be happy to occasionally cook together and socialise/watch a movie 🎮🍷

I’m really looking for the right person and flat as I’m looking to live there long term until I manage to get my own flat.
