**Looking for a buddy up in Dalston, Islington,**

I’m Ruqs, 29, work as a doctor in North West London. I’m currently living in Caledonian Road but looking for a new place as I’m ready for an upgrade. Looking to move into a furnished place at the end of August. My budget is around £1400 - £1500 with bills but I have room to stretch that for the right place/people.

Was originally looking for a spare room but haven’t quite found the right spot so I’m now looking for 1-2 people to buddy up with to find a place in Dalston, Haggerston, Angel, Islington, Camden.

I’m respectful, clean, easy-going and fun.
I work in A+E so my hours are quite irregular - I’m generally out of the house a lot given the nature of work but when I’m off I love to spend most of my free time with friends or at the gym.

Flatmate dynamic is important to me! Would love to live with people I genuinely get along with - I’m not expecting for us to be best friends but would love to live with people I enjoy kicking back with and having a giggle in the kitchen or a trip to the pub.

I’m a big music and food lover. I mix music as a hobby and you’ll often find me cooking up something in the kitchen while hopping on and off the DJ decks with a chilled mix.

I love hosting the occasional dinner with friends and having people round from time to time. I also love a good night out, but these days I’m looking for a home that’s sociable and welcoming rather than somewhere that’s heavy on partying or hosting afters.

My routine is quite irregular due to my work hours - I can sometimes come home from work at 3am and work night shifts a few times per month. I try to be as quiet as possible when I come in but if you’re a super super light sleeper then this could bother you. My current flatmate is a light sleeper and has not been bothered by it which is reassuring! During those periods of night shifts, I generally ask for a quiet morning from whoever I’m living with (no need to sneak around but just no super loud music or shouting🤣)
