I have lived in shared student accommodation and shared flats in the UK for 6 years, and I value a clean, tidy and respectful environment. I am looking for a friendly flat with shared spaces to socialize, but also respect each other's personal space.
I love playing board games over a drink, listening to music (mostly techno, but I can keep it to myself if you're not into it!) and I play video games occasionally. I also like clubbing and going to pubs.
