Room wanted Ballyhackamore/Dundonald/Stormont area

Hi, I am Erica, a postdoctoral researcher at Bristol University. I am currently living in London but planning to relocate in Bristol to make things easier for me work-wise. I am looking for a furnished bedroom in a flat or townhouse around the city centre. I prefer an accommodation with a garden or balcony/patio to share with a maximum of other two tenants (or living landlord, I don't mind), professionals or postgraduate researchers who are not into partying hard and respect other elses' space.
I am tidy and love living in a clean environment, so I care about cleanliness and hygene a lot. I am a sociable person who enjoys others' company and likes to have meals together, watching films, playing boardgames, going out for a drink or a gig, etc., but I also enjoy (and need) my own time/space. I love cooking and I received very good feedback for my pizza :)
I am a smoker (although planning to quit) but I don't smoke in the room/house cause I hate the smell, too. I also have a pet, a little kitty called Leila. I would love to take her with me cause she really is my emotional support friend, so I am hoping to find a house that accepts pets.
I am planning to move-in between May and June.
