Moving to Canterbury for more opportunities!!

Hi my name is Sarah I’m 36 years old and currently live near Cambridge I’m looking to find a flat/house/bungalow share preferred 2 bed max for my first independent major move from family home.
Preferably a household with freedom to invite friends and family over sometimes.
My Reasons to move are. I have lived in a small town for most of my life looking after family members and now have the opportunity to move out be independent I would like to move into Canterbury to be able to have more opportunities for work and social life. I have chosen Canterbury because I love the cities chill vibe. A city like Manchester is far too big and crazy for me.
Things to know about me:
I’m autistic and not the most outgoing I like to socialise on occasion but not all the time.
Hobbies are Filmmaking/video editing and video gaming and require a decent size desk space for my gaming PC.
I also require a quiet place no loud pubs, busy roads and need to feel safe in the area I move into.
I love animals but unfortunately I’m allergic to cats so a place with no cats please.
Flat/house mates to share chores equally to keep things neat and tidy.
Respect each other’s boundaries and personal space.

I am hoping to meet new people and looking forward to the future.
