Mature lady looking for a double room

I am a young at heart, late 60s retiree on a pension, looking for a room to rent or a flat share somewhere along the Sussex coast or slightly inland, roughly between Brighton and Chichester. Currently paying just over £600pm, all bills in. I would need a double room (with space for a desk for my desktop) in a household of mature, clean and tidy companion/s. The room would ideally be furnished. If not, an unfurnished one would do; I can either bring my own stuff or store/sell it. I would need to see the room and am able to move in latish (20-24) October when my current lease In Barnham runs out, as I prefer to be 'closer to town' than I currently am. l am very fit and active. References will be no problem. I am also very quiet, mostly in my room, often out in town, away visiting friends, or travelling. Thank you
