Looking For A Buddy Up - City Centre :)

Heya!

I'm a 22 year old stage manager (that's right - as many free theatre and gig tickets as your heart desires) and I also work part time in mental health support and advocacy. If that wasn't enough, I study Linguistics at UoM but I'm more than happy to pay council tax and I always pay my rent up front so my student status has never caused an issue when renting in the past. I love to travel and I'm a slut for a good hike so I'm constantly on spontaneous trips half way across the country (or the continent depending on my mood).

I've been renting in central Manchester for the past 4 years and would love to stay in the area but beyond that I'm very flexible! I'd love a flatmate who's down for a bit of a debrief over a glass of wine every once in a while but if you'd prefer to keep to yourself that's absolutely fine with me. Similarly, if you're a brewers every night kind of person, I'll meet you there with a shot in hand - it's all good with me! I also currently foster cats and would love to keep doing that if I move in with an animal lover but am more than happy to remain cat free if that's the preference.

In terms of actual flat specs, my max budget is £800 pcm all in so I try and aim to keep my rent below £650. I'm flexible with move in dates but would like to have moved by the start of June. My preference would be for a furnished flat but I have some furniture I can bring and facebook marketplace will never be short on questionably cheap beds if need be. Other than that, as long as it's a nice place in a good location, I'm easy! Double or single, en-suite or shared - i've done it all and I'm not particularly fussed either way.
