Friendly single female looking for a double room

Hi,
My name is Jac. I am looking for a double room in a positive and friendly house share, where i can stay for 6 months or longer.

I am clean, tidy and respectful...I enjoy my private space but also love to socialize. My hobbies include running, weight lifting, climbing and bouldering, martial arts, hula hooping, going to festivals and gigs, cooking and gardening. I am also an artist in my spare time, so would ideally like a room that has a bit of space so that I can set up my easel and canvases again. By day I work as a Human Resources Manager.

The room can be either furnished or unfurnished, as I do have my own furniture in storage and can get some of it out if necessary. If the property has a garden (or is near a nice park) with good transport links that would be ideal.

Above all else, I am looking for somewhere nice and comfortable that I can feel at home, and hopefully meet some new friends along the way.
