Looking for single flat or house share

Hey! I’m a working professional looking for minimum year long rent at a single flat or flat share with total of 2/3 people. I’m clean and tidy about shared spaces so ideally want someone on the same page. Don’t mind about smoking but ideally smoking on the patio/outside would be preferable. I’m pretty sociable, but also respectful of other people’s spaces. Preferably would want to stay somewhere with good train connections.
