Accommodation Wanted – Aberdeenshire / Scotland

Hello,

I’m planning to move from the Western Isles later this year and am looking for somewhere I can call home for at least a year, ideally longer.

I’m primarily looking for a flat or small house to myself, although I would consider sharing if there is a private bathroom for my sole use. A private garden would be a big bonus, and part-furnished would be particularly helpful.

I’m focused on Aberdeenshire, although I’m open to other parts of Scotland. Good public transport is important, ideally with access to a city or major town within around 45 minutes.

I enjoy being active and getting out and about, but I really value having somewhere that feels like a quiet retreat at the end of the day. Peaceful surroundings and minimal noise at night are therefore particularly important to me.
