Professional looking for a room!

I am a 29-year old working professional currently looking for a new job. I can communicate to a small extent in Mandarin; comfortably in French; fluently in English and have no problems with diverse cultures. Here are some details about me:

I can respect unspoken house rules like not using the washing machine after bedtime, or playing music that is too loud. Not one to host parties - I keep to myself a lot due to my introverted nature (I'm also quite busy). I have received the Covid vaccine and two boosters.

My current budget is in the ballpark of £750-950 monthly (bills included), but can consider stretching it for added amenities like an en-suite toilet and shower, a shared drying machine or washer that also dries, or a personal fridge+freezer. In those cases, I am willing to stretch my budget to £1000 pcm. I am easy-going and can accept it if your space is in less-than-desirable conditions, in French we say "je me débrouille," which translates to "I’ll manage". I'm otherwise quite tidy and practise the clean-as-you-go lifestyle in the kitchen/washroom.
