Hi!
My name is Alex and I am 25 (and my dog is 1!). I am looking for a house in the Brighton area (but happy with a bit further away if need be). Ideally looking for another person to rent with as rent alone is too expensive.
Would prefer a house with garden and budget is up to £1000 PCM (but would definitely prefer £700 to £800 range).
Happy to rent with mostly anyone as long as they are okay with a dog in the home. My dog is well behaved and will be out with me most of the time at work.
Quite flexible with move-in dates...can either do July, August or start of September. Ideally looking for 12 month contract but can do less.
I'm doing a part-time master's degree at the University of Sussex and work two jobs, but when I am not working I like to cook, hike, kayak, go to the pub, dream about never having to rent...lots of things!
I am very clean and quiet (so is my dog!). Looking forward to meeting you!
