City centre room WANTED

I'm currently looking to move into a new house or flat in the city centre.

I'm 27 and work from home full time (and occasionally in London), so would need somewhere with a reasonable sized room to set up a work desk and good internet available.

Looking to rent around £800 inc bills. Minimum 6 months to see how we get on, but not looking to home hop! Would like to stay longer.

Ideally would like to live with someone with a similar pace of life to me. I'd like home to be a clean and respectful space. When I'm not working, I'm usually cooking, crafting, or watching a crime documentary.

I'd love to have a flatmate i am friends with, but also can be quite introverted and like to have my own space to wind down.
