About me:
I am a 21 year old 3rd year Computer Science student at King's College London. I am looking for a property shared with a maximum of 3 other people where I can stay during my third year of study at minimum (September 2023 - June 2024). My budget is around £900pcm and I am able to move in between September 1st - 9th.
What I'm looking for:
Maximum of 15 minute walk to the nearest train station (TFL owned, not national rail).
Maximum of 10 minute walk to nearest grocery shop (Tesco/Sainsbury's/Lidl/Aldi/etc)
Space for a good sized desk.
Storage locations (Shelves, drawers, cupboards, etc).
Who I'd Like to Live With:
I've been through student accommodations that have shown me the worst, so I'm looking for flat/housemates who are responsible, and are somewhat fun to talk to or spend time with.
What a Flatmate Should Expect Living with Me:
I'm a pretty responsible and independent guy. I minimise mess, always clean up after myself, take care of my things and respect those of others. I never use things that aren't mine and would expect the same from my own flat/housemates.
I'm also quite sociable, active, and enjoy meeting and talking to flat/housemates. I also love sports and exercise - my favourite thing to do is to go out and have fun playing one of my favourite sports.
