Looking for a buddy up/ flat

Friendly 25 year old gym girl working at Third Space.

I am looking for a new flat in the Harrow/ Wembley/ west London area area.

I am friendly and sociable, but also happy to keep myself to myself, especially as i will be out most of the day, and come home quite late from work. looking for someone on a similar wavelength.

a bit about me:
In my spare time, I love to going to the gym and training, doing aerial classes and dance classes, shopping, going to cafes, going to the cinema, exploring London, going out out occasionally etc. - the usual stuff.

For work, i do tend to finish quite late- i am normally home by about 11:45pm and up at around 7:30 am the next day, so a quiet and clean space to come home to is essential for me. I promise to be quiet and clean when i do come home in the evenings, and when i get up in the morning.

i tend to do my socialising outside of the house, so you don't need to worry about me bringing guests or noise or mess home with me :))

My budget is 1200 bills included, and ideally looking to only share with one other person
