Friendly 32F professional looking for a home

Hello! I'm Mary-Grace, I'm a full-time professional working in IT moving to Liverpool to start a part-time PhD from Oxford looking to make my home up north.

I'm friendly and like to crack a joke over a cuppa or a beer, but also value my "me time" and other people's. I'll be working remotely while I look for something closer to home (all agreed with my employer) but as I usually study in the library I won't be in your hair 24/7. Given my work and study commitments I'll likely be pretty busy, but I'm looking forward to getting stuck in, especially with all the music Liverpool's got to offer!

As a housemate I'm someone happy to get stuck in with cleaning and tidying and I'm not a bathroom hog. I like to cook and am happy to share if that's something that interests you :) I'm hoping to find people to live with who get along and are a household rather than just a group shoved together by a letting agent. But at the same time I do have some friends and family in the north west so I'm not planning on relying on my housemates to be my entire social life.

My PhD is in dystopian literature so I'm a big reader and love philosophy, and am also a bit of a computer nerd. Other than that I like pub nights out, music, yoga, and a good hike. Oh and a good drama! If you fancy a call or similar to get to know a bit more about me please do reach out.

Room wise: I have a lot of books and a sizable PC, so need enough space for them. If the room doesn't have a big enough desk, I have my own but would need to be able to fit it in. I don't need anything luxurious, just enough space for those and my clothes!

My budget can be flexible depending on the quality of the accommodation and which, if any, bills are included.
