Looking to find/form a community share :)

Hi humans of Spareroom,

I'm looking for a wholesome, communal house share - or the people to form one with :)

Feeling connected to the place and people I live in/with is super important to me so I'm on the hunt for friendly vibes and people who are up for kitchen chats, occasional shared meals, and sometimes hanging out together either in or out of the house.
I'm often up for walks, climbs, general adventures outdoors, trying new things, pub quizzes & chats, board games, movie nights, and general chill evenings in. (Also quiet time sharing space while reading and doing chill activities.)

While a community feeling is important, I also super need solo time throughout the week to recharge, and respect other's needs for the same. I write a lot and make a lot of time and space for quiet creative time.

I'm a climbing instructor and route setter so work shifts throughout the week, including some evenings with 10pm finishes. In the rest of my life I'm a poet - doing a part time MfA at MMU, running poetry workshops and events, and heading out to other poetry nights when I can. So I'll be in and out the house a fair little bit.

Bisexual and poly, so queer friendly, and strongly suspected neurodivergent.
Big nature lover, particularly birds, and cats (would love to live somewhere with a cat or where I can adopt one, but this is not essential). Definitely looking for somewhere with a garden!

I'm pretty clean and tidy, and used to living in a chill communal space with good communication. My current house share is with six people in Chorlton and we all get on well - only moving because our landlord has decided to sell the house!

I'm available to move pretty soon, but can also be flexible as don't need to out of my place for a couple months yet.
