Hey! Looking for a flatmate to share a 2-bed apartment in Leeds city centre, ideally around the Dock area.

A bit about me: I’m an AI Engineer working remotely, so I’m home most of the time. I’ve lived with flatmates before and genuinely enjoy it. I know how to share a space without it being weird. I’m clean, tidy, and big on respecting personal space and boundaries.

What I’m like day to day:
Working from home but keep myself to myself. Quiet lifestyle, not a party person, prefer a calm flat. Keep shared spaces clean and expect the same. Happy to chat but won’t be in your face.

What I’m looking for in a flatmate:
Clean and tidy, genuinely not just “yeah I’m clean”. Respectful of quiet and personal space. Good communicator if something needs sorting. Chilled, mature and easy to live with.

Location preference is Leeds city centre, especially around the Dock (LS9) area, but open to other central spots (LS1, LS2). Happy to discuss budget once we’ve had a chat.
