Mature student looking for accomodation

I’m Matthew, I grew up in Cambridgeshire, I am starting an undergraduate degree in Software Engineering at Anglia Ruskin University, as a mature student.

I'm a clean, tidy and respectful person. While I enjoy socialising, I also appreciate my own, and others, space.

In my free time I enjoy a trip to the pub, watching sports and keeping fit by running, going climbing or paddle boarding. I also occasionally enjoy travelling with friends and going to live music events.

I’m seeking a spacious single or double room, preferably furnished but unfurnished is acceptable. I'm looking for accommodation within walking or cycling distance to the city centre, with parking if possible.

I’m open to living with anyone and have no specific preferences regarding flatmates.

Given my studies, I'll be spending a significant amount of time at university or work, but may also dedicate some time to studying at home.
