Mature student looking for accommodation

I’m Matt, I am studying my bachelors degree in Software Engineering at Anglia Ruskin University, as a mature student.

I'm a clean, tidy and respectful person. While I enjoy socialising, I do appreciate my own space, as well as being respectful of others wishes.

In my free time I enjoy a trip to the pub, watching sports and keeping fit by running, bouldering or paddle boarding. I also occasionally enjoy travelling and going to music concerts.

I’m looking for a spacious single or double room, preferably furnished but unfurnished is acceptable. I'm looking for accommodation within walking or cycling distance to the city centre, with parking if possible.

I’m open to living with anyone and have no specific preferences regarding flatmates. However ideally no more than 4 housemates and would prefer a live-out landlord.
