Mature student looking for accomodation

I’m Matthew, I am starting a bachelors degree in Software Engineering at Anglia Ruskin University, as a mature student.

I'm a clean, tidy and respectful person. While I enjoy socialising, I also appreciate my own space, as well as being respectful of others wishes.

In my free time I enjoy a trip to the pub, watching sports and keeping fit by running, going climbing or paddle boarding. I also occasionally enjoy travelling and going to live music events.

I’m seeking a spacious single or double room, preferably furnished but unfurnished is acceptable. I'm looking for accommodation within walking or cycling distance to the city centre, with parking if possible.

I’m open to living with anyone and have no specific preferences regarding flatmates. Ideally no more than 4 housemates and would prefer a live-out landlord.
