Seeking Studio Flat or Ensuite in quiet residence

I am a mature and quiet tenant, looking for an ensuite in a calm household with bills included. I am polite and easygoing with over 12 years experience renting privately, both in flats alone, house shares and as a lodger.

I value and respect privacy. I spend any energy I have out in nature and like to retreat to my room when indoors. I like exploring languages and also enjoy furthering my knowledge on aspects of Social Sciences and Health Science, there's always more to learn and it's really rewarding when it comes in handy to help someone or connect.

Previously, I worked in Healthcare Admin and have an extensive background in highly responsibe roles, from self employed Professional Private Cleaning to a range of Security positions and more.

Currently, my income is from government assistance for disability and annually is £14,456.40 based on my payments of which I can provide proof. I am happy to answer any questions you may have regarding this.

References;
I have a good professional relationship with my Property Manager and have been renting professionally from private landlords for 12 years with no issues. I am looking to move due to seeking a higher quality property, as the current structure is very old and I want to build a long term home that is well maintained, be it a room or studio flat again.

🚭 I don't drink/smoke or have pets.
Hence, I am not open to house shares with smoking indoors.
