Looking for a house share to commute to UCL

Hi,
I’m looking for a room in London from late February. I’m a 27-year-old PhD student at UCL, fully funded with a stable monthly stipend income, and I’ve been living in London for the past three years. My degree runs until end of 2027, so I’m looking for a long-term place.

I’m currently working remotely in China and will return to London in late February, so an online viewing would be ideal at this stage. On weekdays I’m usually on campus most of the day, and at home I’m quiet, tidy, and peaceful. I’m very respectful of shared spaces and value a calm, comfortable living environment.

In my free time I enjoy climbing, playing and watching football, watching films, and cooking simple meals.
