Hi, I’m Mark,

I’m originally from London and currently living in Manchester, looking to move back down to London around July/August. I’m open to either joining a friendly flat share or buddying up with people who are also looking for a place.

I work in banking as a Business Analyst, working a hybrid 9–5 schedule, commuting into the office a couple of times a week.

I’m quite active and social — I enjoy going to the gym, running, travelling, trying new food spots, and exploring different parts of the city. I’m also into chilled nights, coffee shops, and the occasional pub/social catch-up.

As a flatmate, I’d say I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I like having a home that feels relaxed and comfortable, where everyone gets along and is considerate of each other’s space and routines.

Ideally, I’m looking for a professional but social household — somewhere friendly where people are open to chatting or hanging out occasionally, while still having their own lives and independence.
