Friendly Graduate Seeking a Tidy, Sociable Home

Hello,
I am looking to move in from 1st January. I am looking for a place which is clean and tidy as it is my priority when looking to rent. I have always lived with known people so this is very new for me and am hoping to find a tidy place.

Little about myself - I have recently graduated in july and work in hospitality and administration. I currently rent a flat with a friend of mine but unfortunately she is moving back home when our lease ends. Furthermore I love to socialise and also loves me time where I either watch movies, clean and organise or go for a walk outside.

Moreover, can I confirm if bills are included please and if yes then I'd love to view the property 😊. Thank you!
