Looking for a midterm let infrequently at home

Busy worker and committed relationship mean I'm out of the house a lot (Sat/Mon with my partner in Yorkshire). Within a year we'll be ready to move in together I think hence only shorter term let needed.
I'm fairly keep myself to myself sort of person but sociable and civil and polite you know, I'm not that kind of person that wants to chat every time I see my housemate. But I am warm and friendly and will give my full attention and care and consideration when it's needed.

I'd prefer someone who's easy going to live with ones who can give space by default. I'd like to live with people who appreciate the simple things, cleanliness, house plants, chilled music and silence.

Ideally I'd just like to be with someone I can live with who doesn't constantly talk or have the TV on in the background or be drinking alcohol. But meaningful chats are the go for me when we do.
