Double room needed w 50mins of Heathrow

I’m a commuter for my job and looking for a base in London area commutable by public transport to London Heathrow within 50 mins, accessible to local shops etc and a Gym if possible.
Some weeks may be there 4-5 nights, others maybe only 1-2, but want to avoid hotel living, so access to cooking and laundry facilities is a must. Very occasionally my wife and daughter will stay with me for a long weekend etc (barely a few times a year) I’m sociable, but also happy to keep myself to myself and enjoy running and fitness, so free time spent out n about too.
