Looking for house share / housemate (July 2026)

Hi all,

I’m Daniel, a full-time professional who’s been living in Manchester for the past couple of years. I’m looking for a new place to call home once my current contract finishes at the end of June.

I’m ideally looking for a decent-sized double room with space for a desk, as I work from home 3 days a week. Central or South Manchester would be ideal. I’m available to move from 30/06/2026 and have a budget of up to £750 pcm (including bills) but can be flexible if it’s the right place.

A bit about me: I’m organised, social and easy-going. I enjoy staying active (hiking, running, tennis and hockey), balanced with the occasional pub trip, gig or relaxed evening in. I’m looking for a friendly, clean house with good vibes and people who are up for a chat and socialising but also respect each other’s space.
