Looking to buddy up for rooms around N1C

Hey! I'm looking for a flatmate to share a flat in the new build area of King's Cross. I work at Google and want to be as close to commuting distance to the office as possible.

How I am as a flatmate: very clean and tidy. I prefer to have a cleaner over every month or so and will vacuum, do the dishes immediately, wipe up after cooking, clean the bathrooms etc myself. I don't tend to leave clutter and I'm German (so to speak) in how I ventilate my living spaces with fresh air - super helpful for never being sick. I'm also quiet and don't have that many people round - at most a handful of friends and dinner parties every few weeks. My hobbies are lifting, running and reading.

I'm a light sleeper who sleeps with earplugs in, but that means I hope we can agree on quiet hours. Other than that, I'm pretty easy!
