Looking for room or buddy to rent

I'm a professional working with the NHS in Oldham and also a fashion designer💃 (yes I have sewing machine and I sew *ps if you love fashion, we'll be bff's🤗). I'm looking for an ensuite sheared accommodation or 1bedroom flat with bills inclusive or shared, or anyone who wants to rent an apartment together, would prefer somewhere not too far from Oldham or Piccadilly/city centre and no more than a single bus ride to work. I'm looking for something specific, preferably an unfurnished or part furnished spacious bedroom as I have stuff of my own and household items which I'm willing to share. Also I would prefer to share the accommodation with just one other person. So If you have something like that then let me know. No pets and non smokers please.
Looking for Someone who is easy going and friendly and hopefully we can become friends but also someone who understands boundaries.
