Professional looking for a long-term Zone 1 Let!

Hi, my name is Casey. I am 25 years old and work as a behavioral scientist/data analyst! I've spent 2 years flat-sharing here in London, so I know how to maintain a clean home and respect others' spaces (I've also always gotten my deposit back). My first flat share was with 3 other girls, and my current flat share is with 2 other girls and 1 other guy, so I am very comfortable living with anybody. My current tenancy is until 15 February 2026, so looking to find a new flat by then (only leaving because the landlords are retiring and no longer wish to manage tenants, so will be selling the house).

About me: In my freetime, I am bouldering (trying to get back into it), at the gym, or watching video essays to learn something new. I like cooking and am pushing myself to try new recipes. I have recently become obsessed with coffee, so I make pourovers all the time - happy to share the love now and again. In general I am very quiet and tidy. I enjoy my alone time, but I do love having a chat or hanging out.

I am ideally looking for a room/flatshare that just allows me to stay connected with central London. I can currently walk to work within 40 minutes (around Blackfriars station), and I would like to maintain that ability. Budget is around 900-1000 including bills.
